Under Mr. Belarmino’s leadership, Delta College has designed, developed and implemented a Student Information System, System 2000, which was a winner of the prestigious DB/Expo Realware Award, and winner of Development Magazine Trend's "Innovator of the Year Award". San Joaquin Delta College has been acknowledged as one of the top ten digital-savvy, cutting-edge community colleges by the Center for Digital Education and the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC). He is on the Board of Directors of the Kuali Foundation that manages a growing portfolio of enterprise software applications for colleges and universities, such as Kuali Financial System (KFS), Kuali Coeus Research Administration (KCRA), and Kuali Student (KS). Delta College is a founding partner in the development of open source administrative systems including Kuali Financial System (KFS) and Kuali Student System (KS). Recently, he was acknowledged as a top visionary in the community source development in higher education. Lee Belarmino was Vice President of Technology for the Foundation for California Community Colleges which successfully developed and implemented systems/initiatives for the California Community College system, health fields and others. Lee Belarmino was assigned as a Special Advisor to the Chancellor on Technology for California Community Colleges assisting with the development and implementation of Tech Plan II and provided analysis and direction on the technologies at the Chancellor’s Office. In 2009, Lee's peers from arouund the state awarded him with the inaugural "Campus Innovator Technology Excellence Award." Before coming to San Joaquin Delta College, Mr. Belarmino worked for Information Management International, a large Silicon Valley development and service company, as Vice President of Information Services. LEE BELARMINO is Vice President of Information Technology and Measure L Bond Program Executive at San Joaquin Delta College.
