Robert Gamble
 ROBERT GAMBLE is the managing partner of the Innovation Foundry, a management consultancy assisting communities in building stronger economies through the more effective utilization of their education and workforce development assets.
With over 20 years of experience in the workforce and economic development field, Mr. Gamble has built successful collaborations between business, education and government, achieving innovative solutions to the challenges facing our dynamic economy.
Among these projects, The Bay Area Biotech Training Network, and STEP (System Admin, Training and Employment Program) have received national recognition including awards from the U.S. Department of Labor, National Association of Counties and the National Association of Workforce Boards.
Prior to establishing the Foundry Mr. Gamble was the Executive Director of the BayBio Institute, a non-profit organization, supporting k-12 math and science education, workforce development and entrepreneurship for Northern California’s Life Science industry.
Mr. Gamble earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CSU Chico.
