California Collegiate Brain Trust Wins College of Western Idaho Contract

Headed by Rocky Young, CCBT’s team competed successfully against firms from around the country to consult with a brand new community college to establish effective "from the ground up" institutional effectiveness structures.

According to Rocky, "The project just launched, and we are all hard at work here in Idaho to complete the Research and Analysis phase by September 15th, followed by a strategic planning retreat around the first of October. We are really happy to be here, really enjoying the work and the people, and looking forward to what's next."

From master planning to strategic governance and more, we will be helping create the infrastructure that will serve the College of Western Idaho and surrounding community for decades to come. We'll keep you posted as the project progresses.
