Ray Giles Joins CCBT as Vice President CCBT welcomes Ray Giles as our new Vice President of Marketing and Administration. Most recently, Ray was Vice President of the Community College League of California, the statewide association of all 110 public two-year colleges in California where he was responsible for the development and management of programs and services that benefit California’s community colleges.
