CBT AccoladesModesto Junior College
That was before we worked with CBT consultants Eva Conrad and Julie Hatoff. They are, in a word--phenomenal. We couldn’t have asked for two better consultants to work with. Eva and Julie are very knowledgeable, highly sensitive to the needs of the college, and clearly understood their role in facilitating the planning process. Their extreme credibility with our team and their consummate professionalism helped us to rally as a group and to literally integrate our efforts even as our college worked hard together to integrate our planning. When they arrived on campus our interactions with them were extremely positive. Our people instantly connected with them and felt comfortable in telling them what wasn’t working and what needed to be done. In short, they met us where we were at and helped us get to where we needed to go, in record time. From helping us understand the accreditation standards and procedures to facilitating the process of integrated planning and creating the report ourselves, our CBT consultants went above and beyond, all the way. In fact, we are so pleased with our experience and the outcome of this project that we have unofficially adopted Eva and Julie as part of our Modesto Junior College family. This is the best thing that has happened to MJC in a long, long time. On behalf of the Administrative team and everyone we commend you for leading us through this challenging assignment. CBT has left a lasting imprint on how to approach accreditation, how to respond to recommendations and what institutional effectiveness is all about. There are many great future leaders here at MJC. CBT’s professionalism, coaching, and mentorship demonstrated that we can work hard and achieve greatness. This has been excellent exposure to outstanding community college leadership. I personally will never forget the legacy CBT has given to MJC and how you helped us restore our credibility with our external regulatory commission.” Sincerely, |

“At the point we requested assistance from The College Brain Trust, our college was on probation with the ACCJC and faced the daunting task of documenting integrated planning and linking it back to our budget at a demonstrated level of sustainable continuance.
