Review of Information Technology Department

The College contacted the College Brain Trust for help in meeting its goal of innovation and continuous quality improvement in its Information Technology department. The CBT consultants provide a set of recommendations to the college, including detailed observations and suggestions. After the final report had been submitted to the College, Chancellor Higdon wrote of CBT:
