Mike quickly and efficiently developed a 12 point system for us to follow, a system that our staff easily integrated into our existing practices. “Mike Hill provided outstanding service to COS regarding our need for an improved financial reporting and accountability system. We had experienced periodic problems with oversights in initial budget documents that did not get caught in a timely manner, thus causing our planning process to play “catch up” when revisions were made late in the process. This was particularly significant in that many of these initial budget numbers had been provided to the Board of Trustees, requiring both our CBO and myself to explain why the numbers had changed.
