CBT Consultant Randy Lawson has provided several districts, including State Center, West Valley-Mission, South Orange County and Kern, workshops on enrollment management The one-day workshops, titled, Managing funded FTES through cost effective enrollment practices, cover the following topics:

After the recent workshop at the State Center Community College District, Dr. Barbara Hioco, the president of Reedley College, said, “The Enrollment Management Workshop was excellent! It provides the nuts and bolts needed for critical decision-making. I highly recommend it for all levels of management.”

In 2010-2011, the College Brain Trust conducted a comprehensive review of the organizational structure of the four campus California district. The consultants included Dr. Fran White, Dr. Bob Jensen and Mike Brandy. In a letter to CBT, the chancellor of the district, Dr. Deborah G. Blue, wrote the following:
