A value-added aspect of the planning process CBT consultants Eva Conrad and Julie Hatoff walked us through helped the college restructure itself around process issues and rethink its governance structures so that the college can avoid conflicts and make better, more informed decisions. Another positive aspect that I really appreciate about the CBT is their emphasis on working together collaboratively to offer their clients access to the full wisdom and expertise of all of their consultants, whether they are actively consulting on a project, or not.
