At the request of the superintendent/president, the College Brain Trust conducted an independent assessment of the roles and responsibilities of the faculty and administration regarding a number of campus issues, including decision making, communications and shared governance. The issues were reviewed by the Brain Trust consultants in meetings with administrators, faculty, classified staff and others during a two-day campus visit.

The Brain Trust consultants reported their findings and provided a set of recommendations for addressing each of these issues in a manner that gives the campus an opportunity to successfully strengthen educational services to Allan Hancock College students and the Allan Hancock College community.
