Discover
Utilizing our exclusive multi-phased discovery process we seek to understand as much as we can about your unique situation before we make a single recommendation. We ask lots of questions. And then, we listen. We respect what you have to say and want to be sure that every stakeholder is heard in the process.
Propose
Next, we design a customized proposal to insure that we’re all aligned and on the right track regarding what we’ve heard. We craft a phased estimate of work that defines the scope of the project within your budget. If you decide to proceed, we negotiate a contract with you and craft a timeline so that you stay in charge of what to expect.
Research & Review
Depending on the scope of the situation, our next step usually includes in-depth research and review by our experts. This phase may involve a site visit, review of documentation, interviews and anything else you feel may help us get a clear perspective on your situation. We stay in touch with you regarding our progress and advise you immediately of any necessary adjustments to project scope, timeline or budget.
Analyze
Then, we analyze. The beauty of the California Collegiate Brain Trust is our collaborative, collective approach to analysis. While we may assign an individual or two to lead your project, there are thirty other world-class veteran consultants and experts available, all prepared to offer insight into the analysis that backs every recommendation.
Recommend
If warranted by the scope of the project, a report is generated to showcase our recommendations to you based on what you’ve requested as well as the analysis of our findings. In-depth and results-oriented, this report is designed to help you take immediate action and progress toward the goals stated in our initial discovery process.
Follow Through
To insure success in implementing our recommendations, the CCBT provides optional follow-on mentoring, coaching, skills development, team-building and other facilitation services as desired.
